Making Deliveries Happen
To ensure our customers know when to expect you, we've enabled text communication based on how long we estimate it will take you to arrive at their address. We achieve this through a QR-code-based system.
Before you leave, you must scan the QR code at the warehouse and then input your phone number on the form. That's it! If you forget to scan the code before leaving please reach out to us and we can provide you with a link!

Before you leave the Callia warehouse, you'll need to start your first task in Onfleet.
Go "Online" by clicking the top middle button in the app, then begin your tasks from top to bottom of the list.
Click on your first task, then "Hold to Start." When you begin the job. The recipient will then get a text message saying you're on the way in X minutes.
You can use the Google, Apple, or Waze Maps app to map your destination.

Once you've arrived at the address, call the recipient through OnFleet
If they don't answer, that's okay no need to text, our system will have notified them already with a text that their bouquet has arrived.
Ring the doorbell & knock, and then place the box horizontally on the doorstep.
Take 2 photos in OnFleet, showing where the box was left (more details below) and the order number(s) on the box.
Slide to complete the task with success in Onfleet!
Delivery Photos + Notes
Delivery photos help the customer know precisely where we delivered their bouquets. When you upload your minimum 2 delivery photos, it gets emailed to the sender in a delivery confirmation email. Our customers will always see them!
1. First, take a photo of where you left the box, showing the box with the house/apartment number.
2. If the number isn't clear in the first photo, take a second one of the building/business/address.
3. Finally, snap a photo of the label with the order number on all boxes delivered.
A menu will provide a list of options for the delivery notes. Please select the appropriate option such as “Left at back door”. Do not leave any additional notes in Onfleet. If you have anything else to add please text the driver line!
But wait, the recipient didn't answer when I called?
If they don’t answer your call, no worries! We deliver contactless. You will leave the box, tucked away in a safe and sheltered place on the front step/porch after knocking and ringing the doorbell. They will receive the photos you take to confirm their delivery so they’ll know exactly where it was left!
Isn't it too cold to leave Flowers outside!?!
In more extreme temperatures (-5°C and below), Our warehouse team will wrap each bouquet in insulated and temperature-controlled packaging that keeps the blooms safe from harsh conditions. That way, you can still leave the box in a safe spot right by the door.
It's not ideal to leave delicate flowers outside in freezing temperatures. However, we hope to eliminate as many frozen bouquets as possible with enough communication, preparation and notice beforehand.
What should I do if I can't get into an apartment building/complex?
Always call the customer using the phone icon on your OnFleet task. Use the buzz code (if provided) or name to gain entry and leave the box in front of their apartment door.
2. If you can’t gain access to the apartment door, you can leave it with the concierge or front desk.
3. If you don’t have a buzzer, try to buzz neighbours to let you into the building.
4. Finally, if you can't gain entry to the complex, you can leave the box in the vestibule or lobby.
