Making Deliveries Happen

To ensure our customers know when to expect you, we've enabled text communication based on how long we estimate it will take you to arrive at their address. We achieve this through a QR-code-based system.

Before you leave, you must scan the QR code at the warehouse and then input your phone number on the form. That's it! If you forget to scan the code before leaving please reach out to us and we can provide you with a link!

WHAT IF?

Recipient didn't answer when I called?

If they don’t answer your call, no worries! We deliver contactless. You will leave the box, tucked away in a safe and sheltered place on the front step/porch after knocking and ringing the doorbell. They will receive the photos you take to confirm their delivery so they’ll know exactly where it was left!

Isn't it too cold to leave Flowers outside!?!

In more extreme temperatures (-5°C and below), Our warehouse team will wrap each bouquet in insulated and temperature-controlled packaging that keeps the blooms safe from harsh conditions. That way, you can still leave the box in a safe spot right by the door.

It's not ideal to leave delicate flowers outside in freezing temperatures. However, we hope to eliminate as many frozen bouquets as possible with enough communication, preparation and notice beforehand.

What should I do if I can't get into an apartment building/complex?

  1. Always call the customer using the phone icon on your OnFleet task. Use the buzz code (if provided) or name to gain entry and leave the box in front of their apartment door.

2. If you can’t gain access to the apartment door, you can leave it with the concierge or front desk.

3. If you don’t have a buzzer, try to buzz neighbours to let you into the building.

4. Finally, if you can't gain entry to the complex, you can leave the box in the vestibule or lobby.
