Payments are sent via e-transfer every 2nd Wednesday. Driver earnings are calculated based on the actual distance you drive per shift. Therefore, we will track your kilometres from when you leave the warehouse to each consecutive drop, up to $32/hr. You must start each task before proceeding to any new destination so that Onfleet accurately collects your data.

Callia expends your payout as non-taxable income, and we do not take your SIN or issue a T4. If you have specific questions after reviewing the contract, please address them with an accountant up to date with Canadian independent contractor bylaws.
