Heading to the Warehouse
Please go "on duty" within Onfleet as you head out your front door.
At the end of orientation, we will provide you with your Callia pickup site; this is where you will grab your deliveries from at the start of every shift. Our warehouse location may look unassuming at first glance but there should be Callia markings along the side/back of the building to guide you where to go once you arrive!
The Callia warehouse team will have your boxes ready before your arrival. After that, however, it's up to you to grab the correct boxes. We often schedule multiple drivers daily, so you must check your task list within Onfleet to view the specific route we've created for you.
Triple-check your task list before beginning your route as deliveries may contain multiple boxes going to the same address. Be mindful and always ask questions to dispatch if you need clarification!
Quick Tips!
You must always load, carry and deliver your boxes horizontally. You'll save room in your vehicle, and stacking boxes this way eliminates the chance of damaging the flowers during transport.
Before delivering, you must always check the "Destination Notes" of each task. Frequently our customers will request address changes or specific instructions which Callia accommodates. ALWAYS favour Onfleet if the destination on the box is different from what you see in your task list.
